Sunsynk’s top-grade 5.32kWh Lithium-Ion Phosphate batteries have been engineered to the highest standard. They are capable of up to 80% depth of discharge and are scalable up to 8 times.
The Sunsynk 5.32kWh Battery BMS (Battery Management System) also offers a quick paralleling function, so no dip switches are needed, making installation straightforward.
Sunsynk 5.32kWh battery is 1C rated, meaning that it will be able to charge or discharge at the full 5.32kWh until it is depleted. This allows the end user to utilize the full potential of Sunsynk inverters and battery systems.
The battery can be expected to remain serviceable for more than 10 years and this takes into consideration that it is charged and discharged once per day at room temperature (25°C). Lithium Ion Phosphate batteries provide excellent thermal stability and storage. The module also incorporates a self-monitoring function for the detection of any abnormalities in power storage.

To be eligible for warranty coverage, all inverters and batteries must be installed by a Qualified Electrical Wireman or Master Electrician with a valid registration with the Department of Labor.
Additionally, a valid Electrical Certificate of Compliance (COC) specific to the installation of the backup or solar system must be issued once the installation is completed. The installation must comply with SANS 10142 and all its parts.
Please note that any warranty claim submitted without installation photos, a valid COC, and proof of a qualified wireman/master electrician's installation will be rejected, rendering the warranty claim null and void.
